• Definitions

1. 'the customer' - Any company/individual who has posted a job advert with Jobland.
2. 'Agreement' - this is the contract between the customer and Jobland and is subject to the content of the terms and conditions.
3. 'Job advert' - information regarding a vacancy as it appears on Jobland according to information supplied by the customer in the job post form.

• Terms of Service

1. Customer will act professionally and will adhere to this agreement.
2. Content of job adverts posted must be accurate and non discriminatory.
3. Both Jobland and the customer will maintain confidentiality in respect of the agreement.
4. Details given by the customer will not be used for any other purposes than that to which the customer has agreed i.e. For the posting of a job advert.

• Payment & Cost

1. Advertising vacancies at present if free. This is subject to change.

• Complaints

1. Any complaints should be directed to complaints@jobland.co.uk
2. Whether a complaint is resolved satisfactorily or not does not affect the statutory rights of the customer.

  Jobland does not give any assurances as to the availability of the site or the job search facility. Access to Jobland may be interrupted occasionally for this we accept no responsibility.
  Jobland accepts no responsibility for and has no control over the content displayed on external sites that may advertise on Jobland.
